Listening notes

Released in 2016 on the QNQN label, QNQN1415 is a three-track vinyl release catalogued under the same name as its label identifier. The artist is listed as unknown. The release falls across the genres of deep house, electronic, house, and tech house.

The record is structured across two sides. The A side carries a single track, "Hours," running to 8 minutes and 23 seconds. The B side holds two tracks: "Simti" at 6 minutes and 14 seconds, and "Bas" at 7 minutes and 27 seconds. The total combined runtime across all three tracks comes to just over 22 minutes.

The QNQN label and its catalog numbering system appear to treat the release identifier and catalog number as one and the same, with QNQN1415 serving both functions. Whether this reflects a broader labeling convention across the imprint is something a fact checker may wish to investigate further.

The genre designations — deep house, electronic, house, and tech house — place the release within a cluster of club-oriented electronic music styles that share overlapping roots, though the distinctions between them are understood differently across different communities and contexts. No additional information about the recording, production, or personnel behind this release is available from the verified data provided.

As an anonymous release on what appears to be a specialist imprint, QNQN1415 sits within a tradition of deliberately anonymous or minimal-credit electronic music publishing. Whether that anonymity is intentional, incidental, or a function of incomplete documentation cannot be confirmed from the available facts and should not be assumed.
