A-Sides Vol. 8 Vinyl Five Of Seven

Listening notes

Released in 2019 on Drumcode, A-Sides Vol. 8 Vinyl Five Of Seven carries the catalog number DC211.5 and represents the fifth of seven vinyl installments in the label's eighth A-Sides compilation series. The release falls within the electronic and techno genres, consistent with Drumcode's established identity as a platform for that style of music.

The record presents four tracks across its two sides. The A-side opens with "Eyes Of The Night" followed by "Break," while the B-side carries "Get It" and closes with "Express Yourself." No track durations are listed in the available documentation.

As one component of a seven-part vinyl series, this release exists within a larger editorial and curatorial structure rather than as a standalone album. The A-Sides series format, spread across multiple volumes and multiple vinyl installments per volume, reflects a particular approach to packaging compilation material — one that distributes content across physical formats rather than consolidating it into a single release. Whether that approach suits a given collector's preferences will depend on their own circumstances.

What the available facts confirm is straightforward: a four-track vinyl record, issued by Drumcode in 2019, catalogued as DC211.5, containing two tracks per side, and situated as part five of a seven-piece vinyl series within the broader A-Sides Vol. 8 project. Beyond those details, the record speaks for itself in ways that fall outside what can be responsibly stated here.

Collectors and researchers seeking additional information about personnel, pressing specifics, or companion volumes in the series are encouraged to consult primary sources and documentation beyond what is captured in this entry.
