Various
A-Sides Vol. 8 Vinyl One Of Seven

Listening notes

Released in 2019 on Drumcode, A-Sides Vol. 8 Vinyl One Of Seven carries the catalog number DC211.1 and represents the first of seven vinyl volumes comprising the eighth installment in the label's long-running A-Sides compilation series. The release falls within the electronic and techno genres, consistent with Drumcode's established identity as a platform for that style of music.

This particular volume contains three tracks across two sides. The A-side is occupied in full by "Chrome," while the B-side houses two tracks: "Prophecy" at the B1 position and "Hypersphere" at B2. The various artists format, standard to the A-Sides series, means the record draws from multiple contributors rather than representing a single act, though specific artist attributions per track are not detailed here.

The decision to spread the eighth A-Sides collection across seven individual vinyl releases is a structural choice worth noting for collectors and format enthusiasts. Each volume, of which DC211.1 is the first, carries its own catalog designation within the broader DC211 release framework. For those cataloging or seeking the complete A-Sides Vol. 8 in vinyl form, this record is one component of a larger set rather than a standalone complete work.

Beyond what the catalog data confirms, details regarding track durations, recording personnel, and pressing specifics are not available for inclusion here and should be verified independently before publication. Readers seeking the full picture of A-Sides Vol. 8 would need to consider all seven vinyl volumes together. This draft reflects only confirmed information and has been prepared for human fact-checking prior to any publication.
