Broken Flower (Vinyl Sampler)

Listening notes

Are You House? Records issued Broken Flower (Vinyl Sampler) in 2025 under catalog number AYHR0060. The release is a four-track compilation pressed to vinyl, spanning genres listed as Broken Beat, Deep House, Electronic, and House.

The tracklist divides across two sides. Side A opens with "Dear Woman (Broken Edit)" followed by "XXX." Side B carries "Boogie With Me (Broken Edit)" and closes with "Sunbright." Two of the four tracks are identified as edits — "Dear Woman" and "Boogie With Me" — a detail the parenthetical designations make explicit, suggesting the sampler presents reworked versions alongside what appear to be original or otherwise untitled pieces.

The sampler format itself is worth noting for collectors approaching this release. Vinyl samplers have historically served as promotional or introductory documents for a label's output, and the word "sampler" in the title positions this record within that tradition, though the specific purpose Are You House? Records assigned to this release is not indicated by the available information.

Are You House? Records holds the AYHR prefix across its catalog, and AYHR0060 places this release at a meaningful point in that sequence, suggesting a catalog of some depth, though no further label history is verified here.

Track durations are not listed in the available data, and no personnel credits, recording details, or pressing specifications are confirmed at this time. A fact checker should verify individual artist credits for each track, confirm whether the edits source from earlier releases in the label's catalog, and establish any additional context surrounding the record's release circumstances before this entry is considered complete.
