Dance Train Classics Vinyl 17

Listening notes

Dance Train Classics Vinyl 17 is a three-track vinyl release issued in 2001 on the 541 label under catalog number 541416 500672. Falling within the electronic and house genres, the record is part of the broader Dance Train Classics series, as indicated by its numbered position within that sequence.

The A-side is occupied entirely by "Fired Up! (DT's Twilo Mix)," running seven minutes and forty-eight seconds, a duration consistent with extended dance floor edits common to the format. The B-side carries two tracks: "Salsa House" at six minutes and thirty-eight seconds, followed by "Color Of Love (Deep Reese Mix)" at five minutes and forty-two seconds. The parenthetical mix designations on the A-side and B2 tracks suggest these are specific versions of their respective titles, though no further detail about the nature of those mixes is available from the verified information at hand.

The release is credited to Various artists, which is standard for compilation or multi-act dance singles of this period. The 541 label served as the imprint for this release, and the catalog number provides the primary identifier for collectors and archivists working to distinguish this pressing from others in the Dance Train Classics sequence.

Beyond what the catalog data confirms, details regarding personnel, recording origins, pressing specifications, or the commercial context of this particular volume remain outside the scope of verified information and are not addressed here. Researchers or collectors seeking additional context are encouraged to consult primary documentation or label discographies that may shed further light on the series and its individual entries.
