Dance Train Classics Vinyl 4

Listening notes

Dance Train Classics Vinyl 4 is a three-track vinyl release issued in 2000 on label 541, carrying catalog number 541416 500464. It falls under the electronic and house genres and presents itself as part of a numbered series, this being the fourth volume.

The A-side is occupied entirely by "Strings Of Life," running at seven minutes and twenty-one seconds. The B-side carries two tracks: "Big Fun (Original 'Magic Juan' 12\" Mix)" at seven minutes and thirty-nine seconds, and "That's The Way Love Is (Deep House Mix)" at six minutes and forty-five seconds. The inclusion of the "Original 'Magic Juan' 12\" Mix" subtitle on "Big Fun" and the "Deep House Mix" designation on "That's The Way Love Is" indicates that these are specific versions of their respective tracks, though no further production or personnel details are available from the information at hand.

The release is credited to Various artists, which is consistent with its compilation format. At a combined runtime that comfortably fills both sides of a standard twelve-inch, the sequencing places a single extended cut on the A-side and two tracks on the B-side.

As the fourth installment in the Dance Train Classics series, this release sits within a broader catalogue effort to present house and electronic material in a vinyl format during a period when the format remained relevant to club-oriented audiences. Beyond what the catalogue data directly confirms, further details about this release, including personnel, pressing specifications, and distribution, are not available for verification here and should be confirmed through additional sources before publication.
