Various
Dissymmetrical Vinyl 04

Listening notes

Released in 2020 on Dissymmetrical Music, Dissymmetrical Vinyl 04 (catalog number DSSMV004) is a four-track various artists vinyl release operating within the electronic and jungle genres.

The record follows a straightforward two-sided layout. Side A opens with "Vibes" before moving into "Intelligence (Asymmetric Remix)," the latter title indicating that the track is a remixed version of an existing work. Side B carries "Jumper" and closes with "Heaven." Track durations are not documented in the available release data.

As the fourth installment suggested by its catalog numbering, Dissymmetrical Vinyl 04 appears to be part of an ongoing series from the Dissymmetrical Music label, though the scope and history of that series are not confirmed by the facts at hand.

The jungle genre, which emerged in the early 1990s and is characterized by breakbeat-driven rhythms and bass-heavy production, provides the stylistic context within which this release sits alongside its electronic designation. Beyond those genre markers, no additional information about the contributing artists, recording circumstances, or creative intent behind this compilation is available for verification.
