Future Sound Of Vinyl Vol. 2

Listening notes

Future Sound Of Vinyl Vol. 2 is a 2025 vinyl release on the Future Sound Of Egypt label. The record collects eight tracks drawn from the FSOE and Armada FSOE catalogs, spread across four sides of what is, by that configuration, a double LP format.

The tracklist reflects the trance and electronic orientation that Future Sound Of Egypt has maintained as a label identity. Side A opens with "Count On Me" and follows with "Till The Sunrise," both credited to the FSOE imprint. Side B carries "See The Sun," presented here in a rework by Dan Stone under the Armada FSOE banner, alongside "Euphoric Recall." The third side moves through "Concorde" and "North Cape," the latter appearing in a remix credited to Asteroid. Side D closes the record with "Nostalgia" and "Kiss The Night."

The inclusion of the Dan Stone rework of "See The Sun" and the Asteroid remix of "North Cape" distinguishes this compilation from a straightforward singles collection, indicating that at least a portion of the material has been recontextualized for this release rather than simply compiled from existing versions. Whether those reworks originated specifically for this vinyl edition or were previously available in other formats is not confirmed by the available information.

No catalog number has been assigned to this release, which is noted here for the benefit of collectors attempting to identify or log the record. Track durations are not documented in the available data.

This is the second volume in the Future Sound Of Vinyl series, suggesting the label has treated the format as a recurring vehicle for presenting its output in a physical configuration. No further information about the series' scope or release schedule is verifiable from the facts provided.
