Menno de Jong Presents: Intuition Sessions (Vinyl Sampler 2 Of 3)

Listening notes

Released in 2007 on Intuition Recordings, catalog number INTU910, this vinyl release is the second of three samplers drawn from the Menno de Jong Presents: Intuition Sessions project. The format situates it within a structured multi-part series, suggesting the parent release was substantial enough to warrant dedicated sampler promotion across separate vinyl editions.

The record carries two tracks across its two sides. The A-side presents "Escalate," while the AA-side holds "Airballoon (A Dreamer's Guide)." No durations are documented for either track. The release falls under the Electronic and Trance genres, consistent with the broader Intuition Recordings catalog and with Menno de Jong's established association with trance music as a DJ and label figure.

Intuition Recordings is identified here in its second incarnation, noted in the data as Intuition Recordings (2), a distinction that may reflect a relaunch or restructuring of the imprint, though no further detail on that point is available from the verified facts at hand.

As a sampler rather than a standalone artist release, this record functions as a promotional or curatorial document — one piece of a three-part vinyl campaign tied to the Intuition Sessions compilation. The "Various" artist credit reflects the multi-artist nature of the source material, with Menno de Jong credited in a presenting or curatorial role rather than as a performing artist on this release.

No personnel credits, mastering information, pressing details, or country of manufacture are confirmed in the available data. Fact checkers should verify whether durations, matrix information, or additional sleeve credits exist for this release before publication.
