Various
Newfact Music Vol 3 (vinyl Only)

Listening notes

Newfact Music Vol 3 is a various artists compilation released in 2015 on the Newfact Music label, carrying the catalog number NFM005. The release is vinyl only, a format choice made explicit both in the title and in the designation attached to two of its four tracks.

The record spans two sides. The A-side opens with "Just You," followed by "Ave." The B-side carries "Shapes" and "Tool 1," both explicitly marked as vinyl only exclusives, distinguishing them from any digital counterparts that may exist for the broader release. The genres associated with the compilation are electronic, house, and minimal, situating the record within a corner of dance music culture that has historically maintained a close relationship with the physical format.

The vinyl-only designation is worth noting for collectors and DJs browsing the Newfact Music catalog. Where the A-side tracks carry no such qualifier, the B-side tracks are explicitly withheld from digital distribution, at least as catalogued at the time of release. Whether that distinction reflects a practical decision about distribution, a deliberate gesture toward vinyl culture, or something else entirely is not documented in the available information.

NFM005 represents the third volume in the Newfact Music series, suggesting the label had by 2015 established at least a modest run of releases under this compilation format. Beyond that sequence, the available facts do not speak to the label's broader history, the artists behind the individual tracks, or the context surrounding the record's creation.
