UNTZ Anthems Vinyl 2

Listening notes

UNTZ Anthems Vinyl 2 is a various artists compilation released in 2024 on label 541, carrying catalog number 5411099. Spread across four sides, the release brings together nine tracks drawn from the intersecting worlds of breakbeat, electronic, house, tech house, tech trance, and techno.

The tracklist leans heavily on remix culture and recognizable titles. Side A opens with a Joris Voorn Remix of "Transmission" at six minutes and ten seconds, followed by "I Wanna Go Bang" at just under five minutes. Side B offers two longer cuts: "Dished (Male Stripper)" runs eight minutes and twenty-five seconds, and "C166W" clocks in at eight minutes and eight seconds. Side C continues in a similar vein with "Roar," presented here in a remix credited to Adana Twins at eight minutes and fourteen seconds, and "The Age Of Love" in a remix by Charlotte De Witte and Enrico Sangiuliano at eight minutes and nine seconds. Side D rounds out the package with "Breathe" at seven minutes and fifteen seconds, then closes with two shorter tracks: "Renegade Master" at four minutes and fifty-seven seconds, and "Nobody To Love" at four minutes and six seconds.

The presence of titles such as "Renegade Master," "I Wanna Go Bang," and "The Age Of Love" will be immediately familiar to listeners with a background in nineties and early-2000s dance music, though the specific versions and original artists represented here are not confirmed in the available documentation and should be verified before publication. The same caution applies to the original artists behind all other tracks on the release.

As a double LP, the format allows the longer cuts on sides B and C adequate room within each side's runtime. Beyond the tracklist, format, label, and genre classifications, further details about this release remain unconfirmed at time of writing.
