Vinyl Club Concept Part III

Listening notes

Released in 2014 on the Vinylclub label, Vinyl Club Concept Part III carries catalog number VCLUB021.3 and arrives as the third installment in what the catalog numbering suggests is a structured, ongoing series. The release presents three tracks across its two sides: "119Mit" and "Urania" on the A-side, and "Rain" on the B-side.

The record situates itself within the electronic, minimal techno, and tech house genres, fields that had established a durable presence in European club culture well before this release. The Vinylclub label, as its name suggests, oriented itself explicitly around the vinyl format, and this release reflects that commitment through its physical presentation.

As a various artists compilation, the record draws from multiple contributors rather than centering a single act, a format common to label showcase releases and one that allows a label to present a cross-section of its roster or aesthetic sensibility in a relatively compact space. The three-track structure spread across two sides is a conventional arrangement for a 12-inch release in these genres, though no runtime information is available for the individual tracks.

The series designation — Concept Part III — implies at minimum two preceding volumes, suggesting Vinylclub used this series as a recurring vehicle rather than a one-off project. Whether the series continued beyond this installment is not addressed by the available information.

Track durations are not documented here, and no personnel, engineering, or production credits are included in the verified data for this release. Collectors and researchers seeking those details should consult label copy on the physical release itself.
