Various
Vinyl Only Series Volume 1

Listening notes

Released in 2014, Vinyl Only Series Volume 1 is a three-track various artists compilation issued by Newfact Music under catalog number NFM003. The release is formatted exclusively for vinyl, a choice that its title makes explicit from the outset.

The record spans the A and B sides with three tracks. The A side carries a single selection, SubShine, while the B side accommodates two tracks, No Regrets and Last Night. No durations are documented for any of the three tracks. The genres associated with the release are electronic, house, minimal, and techno, placing it within a cluster of styles that share common roots in dance music but can differ considerably in tempo, texture, and structure.

The catalog number NFM003 indicates this is the third entry in the Newfact Music catalog, and the series title suggests the label intended further volumes at the time of this release. Whether subsequent volumes materialized is not established by the available information.

Because this release carries the Various designation rather than a named artist, it functions as a showcase format, though the specific contributors are not identified in the verified facts available here. Readers seeking full personnel credits should consult the record's physical sleeve or a discography database entry where that information may be present.

As a vinyl-only release operating within minimal and techno adjacent territory in 2014, the record belongs to a period when such format-specific releases were a recognizable part of the European and international underground dance music ecosystem, though no specific context about this label's geography or affiliations can be confirmed from the facts provided.
