Vincent De Moor Presents Emerald (2)
Fly (Away) (Vinyl Mixes)

Listening notes

Released in 2001 on Radikal Records, *Fly (Away) (Vinyl Mixes)* is a double-sided vinyl release credited to Vincent De Moor Presents Emerald (2), carrying catalog number RAD99045-1. Catalogued under the genres Electronic, Hardstyle, Progressive Trance, and Trance, the release assembles seven versions of "Fly (Away)" across four sides.

Side A opens with the Extended Version at 5:48, followed by the Instrumental Version running a considerably longer 8:08. Side B is given over entirely to Don Diablo's Remix, which at 9:53 is the longest single track on the package. Side C pairs the Noisefloor Remix (6:39) with the Generation X Remix (8:10), while Side D closes out the release with the Havana Remix (7:48) and the Original Version, also timed at 8:10.

The four-sided format accommodates a total runtime that would be impractical on a standard single or double-sided twelve-inch, and the placement of the Original Version as the final track on Side D rather than in a leading position is a structural choice worth noting for those approaching the release sequentially. The tracklist as a whole reflects a remix-package approach that was common in electronic music vinyl releases of the period, offering DJs and collectors multiple interpretations of a single source track under one catalog entry.

The release was distributed under Radikal Records, a label active in the electronic music market during this era. Beyond the information contained in the catalog entry itself, this draft does not speculate on chart performance, production circumstances, or the relative merits of individual mixes.
