Wickedsquad
Wicked Vinyl 04

Listening notes

Wickedsquad's Wicked Vinyl 04, released on Buccaneer Records in 2014, is a vinyl release catalogued across the genres of drum and bass, electronic, jungle, and techno. The release carries no catalog number.

The record contains two tracks. The A-side presents "No Police," while the B-side carries "Sternenhimmel," a German word translating roughly to "starry sky." The tracklist data also notes the designations "That Side" and "This Side" in association with the respective sides, though how these function within the release's overall presentation is not entirely clear from the available information.

Wickedsquad is identified as the artist, and the release appears under the Buccaneer Records imprint. Beyond these facts, the available documentation for this release is sparse. No track durations are listed, and no catalog number was assigned, which places this release outside conventional cataloguing norms for the format. Whether the absence of a catalog number reflects an intentional production choice or a documentation gap is not confirmed by the available data.

The four genres attributed to the release — drum and bass, electronic, jungle, and techno — suggest a release that sits at the intersection of several interrelated but distinct electronic music traditions. These genre designations are drawn from the release's listed metadata and are noted here without further editorial characterization, as no additional verified information is available to substantiate more specific claims about the music itself.

This draft is unreviewed and intended for fact-checking prior to publication. Several details, including personnel, pressing information, and track durations, remain unverified or absent from the source data and should be investigated before the entry is considered complete.
