Ho-kago Tea Time
K-On! 7inch Vinyl "Donuts" Box

Listening notes

Released in 2012 on Pony Canyon (catalog number BRCA-00012), the K-On! 7inch Vinyl "Donuts" Box is a vinyl box set from Ho-kago Tea Time, the fictional band at the center of the K-On! anime franchise. The release collects fourteen tracks across seven 7-inch singles, with sides labeled A through N, and falls under the genres of Anison, J-pop, Pop, and Stage & Screen.

The tracklist covers a substantial range of the group's recorded output as represented in the series, opening with "Cagayake!GIRLS" on the A-side and closing with "私は私の道を行く" on the N-side. In between, the set includes well-known titles such as "Don't Say 'Lazy'" and "Happy!? Sorry!!" alongside tracks like "Sunday Siesta," "Heart Goes Boom!!," "Humming Bird," and "Girly Storm 疾走 Stick." Several Japanese-language titles are also present, among them "ギー太に首ったけ," "目指せハッピー100%↑↑↑," "Dear My Keys ～鍵盤の魔法～," "じゃじゃ馬Way To Go," and "私は私の道を行く."

The format itself is notable for its structure. Rather than consolidating the material onto LP-sized records, Pony Canyon chose the 7-inch single format, packaging the discs collectively as a box set. The "Donuts" name is reflected in the set's physical concept, a reference that fits the 7-inch format's characteristic center hole. Duration information for individual tracks is not documented in the available release data.

This draft has not been fact-checked. Personnel, pressing specifications, track durations, and any reception or sales information have been omitted as they are not supported by the verified source data. A reviewer should confirm all romanizations, the accuracy of the "Donuts" name interpretation, and whether any additional documentation exists for this release before publication.
